Finally taking their delayed honeymoon, Nick and Heather venture out of the country for the first time together and spend a week in Jamaica. Soaking up the sun and laying in the sand turns out to be a lot less boring than it sounds.
Continuing a tradition that had been going for a few years at this point, Nick and Heather once again out do themselves with an awesome pumpkin carving display for Halloween 2010.
Because she happened to find 8 minutes free in her weekly schedule, Heather also picks up an old hobby when she rejoins a soccer league. Nick is at every game, coaching them on although they never seem to listen to his winning strategies.
Allowing Nick to engage in his ever growing nostalgia, Heather consents to the purchase of a second pinball machine for the house. She immediately turns the tables by proving to be better at pinball than Nick.
It flew by, but soon enough the blissfully wedded couple were celebrating their first anniversary with a fun camping trip. The tradition continued onto the 2nd year and may it go on for many happy years to come.
Always striving for excellence, Nick and Heather returned to Ft. Lauderdale again for the Tae Kwon Do Nationals. Heather did a superb job and placed 2nd again. Meanwhile, the employees of the Cold Stone Creamery across the street from the Hotel referred to Nick as a superb customer.
Although it wasn’t put to much use the first winter, come spring Nick and Heather immediately started a tradition of hosting bonfires and parties in their back yard.
Having realized that houses cost money…and there’s always something needs to be done (which costs money) Nick and Heather both took new jobs in March 2010 within weeks of each other.
Realizing that a quaint 2-bedroom affair in Golden Valley could not contain their lavish lifestyle. Nick and Heather made the upgrade every owner of Boardwalk and Park Place do as soon as possible. They bought a house. You don’t even want to know what the rent is if you land on it.
